Technician In Construction

Section 26 of the Construction Industry Development Act 2023 (Registration of Service Providers) stipulates that “​No person referred to in the Third Schedule shall provide construction services unless he is registered as a service provider under this Act”.

A Service Provider means any of the persons listed below who provide construction services other than consultancy services:

(1). Computer Aided Design (CAD) Operator for construction works including Draughtsman

(2).  Technician in Construction

Note: ‘Technician in Construction’ means a person holding at least a Diploma in a construction related field from a recognized institution.
