Building a house has always been a challenge as there are so many stages involved since its inception to completion.
Generally, it is observed that due to lack of information and guidance, most houses are not constructed properly ignoring the basic fundamentals such as proper design, orientation, environmental and green aspects.
Aware of these facts, CIDB in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport has developed a very simple and practical Guide to help those who intend to or already constructing their houses.
The information in the Guide is not exhaustive but provides basic information to prompt users to plan and research more before starting the construction of their houses.
